Meet The Team
Future Homes is built on more than 30 years of homebuilding experience, leadership, and trust. Our leadership team sets the vision, and our Sales Managers and Project Coordinators bring it to life—working hand in hand with each customer to ensure every detail comes together beautifully from start to finish.

As Sales Manager at our Hampstead location, I enjoy collaborating with our contractors and team members to bring our customers’ visions to life—and nothing is more rewarding than handing a family the keys to their new home and watching their dream become a reality.
Born in New York and raised in North Carolina, I moved to Wilmington at eighteen and have called it home ever since. I studied Business Management at UNCW and began my career in land development before joining Future Homes in 2005.
When I learned about modular construction, I immediately saw its potential, drawn to it as a more economical and efficient way to build. Over the years, it’s been exciting to see how innovation has expanded what’s possible — from advanced designs to features we once thought were out of reach, like elevators in our coastal homes.
Outside of work, I stay active by running and biking around the beach and enjoy supporting UNCW athletics.
Fun fact: I’ve run three full marathons.

I grew up in Winston-Salem, NC, and graduated from UNC Wilmington (go Seahawks!) with a degree in Marketing and Professional Sales. During college, I was introduced to Future Homes and began an internship in my senior year — that’s when I knew this was where I wanted to build my career.
Outside of work, you’ll find me watching college football, working out, golfing, or spending time with friends. I’m also a big fan of southern cooking—especially brisket—and love spending time with my two sisters and family.

As a Project Coordinator, I guide customers through every step of the home-building journey, helping them navigate the process and overcome any challenges along the way. What I enjoy most is providing families with high-quality, affordable homes and watching their dream become a reality.
As a Wilmington native, I have a deep appreciation for helping local families put down roots along the Carolina coast. My knowledge of the region and passion for community make it especially rewarding to see each home come to life right here at home.
Before joining Future Homes, I spent nearly fifteen years with Anheuser-Busch as a sales coordinator and route manager, then transitioned into modular home sales and project coordination at Champion Homes – helping families build homes across Pender, Bladen, Columbus, Brunswick, and New Hanover Counties.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, concerts, and playing golf with friends.
Fun fact—before my career in construction, I was a history major in college.

As Office Manager at our Hampstead Design Center — and the social media and marketing coordinator for all Future Homes locations — I wear a few creative hats. What I love most about this team is how supportive and family-like everyone is, and how much fun we have collaborating on social media ideas that showcase the heart of what we do.
Originally from the Czech Republic, I grew up in Toronto, Canada and later attended college in Vancouver. My husband’s Wilmington roots eventually brought us to the North Carolina coast after years of living abroad in places like Singapore, Australia, and Bali, as well as cities across the U.S. and Canada. Professionally, I’ve worked in marketing and business operations for both corporations and small businesses, where I developed a passion for organization, process improvement, and creative storytelling through social media.
What I enjoy most about working at Future Homes is hearing people’s stories and being part of a team that helps them create a place they’ll call home.
Outside of work, I teach hot yoga, love spending time at the beach with my husband and two daughters, and enjoy long walks with our dog.
Fun fact — in my twenties, I played drums in local bands and toured internationally in a percussion theater show.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 1992 and have spent my entire career in sales. After working with SYSCO Foods in Pennsylvania and later on the Outer Banks, I moved to the Crystal Coast in 2002 and discovered Future Homes the following year—without realizing how much that decision would shape my future.
When I first interviewed, I thought modular homes were just “fancy doublewides.” I quickly learned otherwise. I was blown away by the quality of construction, the professionalism of the Miller family, and the company’s commitment to sales training that rivaled large corporations. I believe in our homes so much that I designed and built a Future Home over 20 years ago — and it’s still the one my family and I live in today.
Today, as Sales Manager at our Hubert location, I’m grateful to be part of a collaborative team that supports one another’s growth and success. My favorite moment is handing families their keys—seeing their smiles and knowing we’ve helped turn a dream into reality.
In my free time, I enjoy watching sports and cheering on our children at their games. As the middle of five siblings, family has always been at the heart of who I am.

As a Project Coordinator at Future Homes, I love being part of a team that celebrates success and embraces learning every day. Born in California and Georgia raised, I grew up in a military family before settling in North Carolina in 1990. Spending much of my career in the restaurant industry, I developed a passion for service that now carries into helping families build their dream homes. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than turning a customer’s vision into reality.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter perfecting dance moves, cooking out with family, golfing, or hiking in the mountains.
A fun fact—at just 13, I earned my PADI dive certification in Okinawa, Japan, and spent years assisting local dive instructors.

As the Sales and Marketing Administrator at our Hubert location, I’ve truly enjoyed being part of the Future Homes team. From day one, I’ve loved the welcoming, family-oriented culture — everyone here supports one another, and it feels like being part of one big team.
Before joining Future Homes, I worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for six years and as a Personal Assistant to a Real Estate Agent. With a paralegal degree and passion for both the legal and sales sides of real estate, I’ve always loved helping families find the home that fits their needs and dreams.
This is my first experience with modular construction, and learning how it differs from traditional stick-built homes has been both fascinating and rewarding. The process is efficient, flexible, and affordable — and it’s amazing to see how each home comes together from design to delivery and completion.
My favorite part of the job is helping families see their vision come to life — from walking through model homes to customizing floor plans and finishes, and finally watching their home arrive on site.
Outside of work, I stay busy with my four kids at their sporting and school events, and I love reading, cooking, baking, movies, interior design, and traveling.
A fun fact about me — I’ve lived in more than nine states through a mix of military and ministry moves!

With more than 25 years in the home building industry — and with Future Homes since 2004 — I take pride in helping families bring their vision to life. There’s nothing better than seeing a project move from concept to reality, and for me, the most exciting moment is the day we get the building permit — that’s when it all becomes real!
I’ve always been drawn to industries that create something tangible, and home building fits perfectly. Food and clothing never appealed to me, but providing “shelter” — a place people can truly call home — felt right from the start.
When I’m not helping customers plan their new homes, I enjoy building things around my home, taking care of my yard, and watching a lot of TV!
Fun fact: I was born in Canada, met a girl in NC in 1990 and never looked back.

My passion for interior design naturally led me to the homebuilding industry, where modular construction stands out as a smarter, higher-quality way to build. I find the greatest joy in helping families transform their property into lasting homesteads or coastal retreats.
Outside of work, I enjoy beach walks with my daughter and dogs, and road trips to see my kids and grandkids.

As a Project Coordinator, I’m grateful to be part of an ethical, family-owned, faith-based company that genuinely seeks to serve each person who walks through the door. It’s rewarding to work for a team that values people and purpose just as much as professionalism.
I grew up in Wake County and spent many days on job sites with my dad, a general contractor —often tackling the work no one else wanted to do! Before joining Future Homes, I worked in high-pressure sales and quickly realized that what truly fulfills me is a consultative, service-driven approach. That’s exactly what I’ve found here—helping families build their dream homes through a process rooted in honesty and care.
Before joining Future Homes, I didn’t know much about modular construction, but I’ve since learned it’s simply a better way to build—stronger, faster, and more efficient than traditional methods.
Outside of work, I enjoy raising my three children, savoring my wife’s incredible cooking (and serving as the company’s unofficial garbage disposal), serving our church and community, staying active, and making music in my home studio.
Fun Fact: I once won a Soulja Boy dance contest in 6th grade—and the prize was a giant bag of gummy worms!

After building a successful career in the Charlotte market, I brought my expertise to the coast and proudly joined the Future Homes team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing golf, traveling, and jazz concerts.

As a Project Coordinator at Future Homes, I enjoy meeting people and guiding them through what can often feel like a daunting process. Having experienced the thrill of creating my own dream home, I take pride in helping families navigate their own homebuilding journey with confidence and excitement.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me boating, fishing, or spending time at the beach.
