Your journey begins with a friendly consultation with one of our Project Coordinators. We’ll review floor plans, discuss your goals, explore customization options, and outline your budget.

If you already own land, we’ll evaluate it together for development needs like clearing, septic/sewer, well/water, etc. If not, we can help you identify what to look for and even evaluate land you’re considering. Bring any ideas, inspiration photos, or must-have features — or simply start from scratch.

Your home should reflect you. Our team will guide you through floor plans and modification options — from moving walls and adding windows to selecting finishes, colors, and materials.

At our Model Home Centers, you can tour layouts, see finishes in person, and visualize how your new home will come together.

Whether you start with one of our popular plans or bring your own design, we’ll adapt it for modular efficiency and your personal style.

With 30+ years of experience, we make financing and site prep simple and stress-free. We’ll help you understand pricing, connect you with trusted lenders who specialize in construction loans, and walk you through the loan process.

Once plans and financing are in place, our team coordinates all permits, land prep, construction, scheduling, and inspections — so you can relax knowing everything is handled.

Every piece of land is unique, which is why our 30+ years of experience is such an asset as you think of preparing your homesite for your new home. Future Homes can assist with the entire site-preparation process, including:

• Engineering, surveys, permitting
• Clearing and grading
• Construction driveways, well/water taps and septic/sewer systems
• Coastal or piling foundations (when needed)

As an on-your-lot builder, we construct your modular home on land you already own or purchase. By leveraging our relationships and connections with surveyors, soil scientists, land graders, inspectors, etc., we can make the process a simple one.

Your home is precision-built indoors in a state-of-the-art factory, safe from weather delays and quality-checked at every stage.

This process ensures consistent quality, energy efficiency, and structural strength — often exceeding traditional site-built standards. Plus, modular construction typically saves 10–20% in cost and weeks in build time.

Once complete, the finished modules are transported to your property for final assembly.

The excitement builds as your home arrives! Using a crane, each section is carefully installed on its foundation and joined together.

Our crews complete exterior finishes, connect utilities, and add any custom site-built features — such as porches, decks, garages, elevators or screened-in porches.

We coordinate all inspections and ensure your home meets every state and local code before moving to the final step.

Once construction is complete and your account is settled, your Project Coordinator will meet with you for a Customer Orientation, an opportunity to learn how to operate your home’s systems, review warranty details, and celebrate receiving your keys.
