Future Homes opened its doors in 1993. In the past 30+ years, we’ve helped thousands of families across Eastern, NC and Horry County, SC realize their dreams of home ownership. Our process is to combine the speed and efficiency of modular technology with the customization of on-site construction.
As an on-your-lot builder, we try to help folks understand the process of building a home. That includes budgeting, financing, design, pricing, permitting, construction and warranty/service. Meeting with one of our Project Coordinators at one of our Model Home Centers would be a great next step.
